A customer favorite in our tasting room, our Shiraz Salt is the secret ingredient you never knew you needed. Infused with the rich character of Shiraz wine, it delivers a burst of savoury flavour with subtle fruity notes that elevate every bite.

Farm Updates
Our olive harvest has officially wrapped up, and the freshly pressed oil has been bottled and sent for testing by the SA Olive Board. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for Gold!
In the vineyards, winter pruning is well underway as we prepare for the new season. Did you know? Up to 90% of the previous season’s growth is removed during pruning. This allows our winegrape vines to focus their energy on producing the highest-quality grapes, resulting in better fruit and exceptional wines.
